How did we obtain your personal information?

We obtained your personal data directly from you or from your employer or from publicly available registers and registers, such as the portal www.justice.cz, the administrative register of economic entities, the trade register, the real estate cadastre.

Why and for what purpose do we collect your personal data?

We proces your personal data, as this is necessary to fulfil the contract with you (or to take measures taken before concluding such a contract), and we also process your personal data, which is necessary for the performance of our public law obligations.

We, therefore, need and process your personal data for the purpose of concluding a contract, purchases, delivery of services, goods, as well as for the execution of work and delivery to a designated place, solving liability for defects, communication with you and fulfilling legal obligations, especially in relation to document archiving and accounting.

We also process your personal data for the purposes of any complaint or court proceedings.

Based on what legal title (reason), do we process your personal data?

a) The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of the contract that we have concluded with you or are about to conclude.

b) The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of a legal obligation, as the laws impose an obligation on us to archive certain documents, in particular tax documents. This obligation is imposed on us in particular by Act No. 235/2004 Coll., On Value Added Tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll., On Income Taxes, as amended, and Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended, and Act No. 499/2004 Coll., The Act on Archiving and the File Service and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended, Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, as amended, as well as Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code, as amended.

c) The legal basis for personal data processing is after the balance test performed, a legitimate interest. We process personal data for the distribution of advertising messages and the use of the services of the processor HEUREKA.cz, for the purpose of contacting you with an offer of further cooperation and for the settlement of the complaint procedure. We will also process personal data, even after the termination of the contractual relationship, for possible legal proceedings. You can object to this processing - more information is given at the end of this document, don't forget to read it!

d) Consent may also be the legal basis for the processing of personal data, for example, if you would like to receive a commercial communication but have not yet been our client. Transferal of personal data to third parties

Personal data are, to ensure the purposes described above, passed on to third parties and are processed by them, based on personal data processing agreements concluded in accordance with the Regulation and the law.

We do not have a data protection officer.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

We will process your personal data for as long as the effects of rights and obligations under the contract last.

After the termination of the contractual relationship, we will process your personal data for a period of 4 years due to legitimate interest or one year after the expiration of the period, whichever is longer.

If the law obliges us to archive your personal data for a certain period of time, this personal data will be archived and stored for a maximum period of time determined in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

Do you have to provide us with your personal data?

Providing personal data and concluding a contract is voluntary, but we need it for completing and fulfilling the contract. The law also obliges us to process your personal data with regard to accounting documents. If you do not provide us with personal data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

How can you defend yourself against the processing of personal data by us?

If you do not consent to the processing of personal data by us, you have the opportunity to exercise your rights, which we will inform you about below.
